Refund policy

Buyers can return or exchange any product for any reason within 30 days of purchase, as long as it has not been damaged or washed. All original packaging must also be attached. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund, or issue an exchange at the buyer's request. Email us at stitch@futurestitch.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll take you through the process.
